To obtain your lifetime discount, simply set up an account. Once your account has been set up, you will receive a special code which will grant you 10% off all purchases for life. 

We strive to provide you with a product you will fall in love with. However, we understand that sometimes love can be fleeting. If for any reason you’re not happy with your order, you may return it for an exchange or refund. You will need to contact us within 14 days of receiving your item. If we agree to accept the item, you must send it back for a refund or exchange within 28 days of receipt.

Unfortunately, we are unable to accept refunds or exchanges on custom orders unless the wig you receive is faulty. To ensure that you are happy with your custom order, we will endeavour to provide you with images at different stages of the process to ensure that you receive a wig which fits your style and is perfect for you.

We are committed to ensuring that your wig meets our quality standards as such orders are reviewed, quality checked and processed. This usually takes between 3-5 days of receipt. Once shipped, depending on your location, delivery takes between 3 – 5 days to arrive.

We ship all orders using express delivery services to ensure your wig arrives as early as possible.  

For our UK based customers, please expect your wig to arrive within 7 working days. For our international customers, please expect your wig to arrive within 10 days.

Definitely! Our human hair wig can be washed and styled just as you would your bio hair. However, we do advise that you use sulfate free products and for our coloured hair products, a colour protection shampoo and conditioner.  

Unfortunately, human hair does not last forever as it no longer receives the natural nutrients our body gives it. Thus it is important to take good care of it. With proper care our hair units can last for years. 

We know that for beginners wearing a wig can be a bit daunting, however our wig units are designed to make it easy to wear. 

A few tips to help you get the most realistic look:

1. If you have any bio hair, brush it and tie it back or put in cornrows, this allows the wig to lay as flat as possible on your head,
2. You can use a wig cap to help flatten your bio hair even more. 
3. Pull the elastic band, tilt head forward and pull it over your head. The band should sit on the nape of your neck. 
4. Pull the back of the wig to sit on top of the band
5. Pull the front of the wig forward
6. Check where the wig is sitting and adjust it to ensure it is sitting properly. This will include ensuring the lace at the front is laid flat. 

Finding out your wig size is very simple. Simply follow the steps below to establish your wig size. Please note that our wigs come in standard sizes of Small, Medium and Large. If you require a smaller size or a larger size, this will be a custom order. Please visit our custom order page. 

Our products are currently exempt from VAT as UK  business are not required to charge/register for VAT until they meet a certain threshold. 

Thus, all our products are currently exempt from VAT. However, there may come a time when we will be required to charge VAT. When this time happens, we will notify our customers. For our customers with a medical reason for purchasing our products, you are usually exempted from paying VAT.

Please note that the VAT exemption does not apply to custom duty tax. As such, for our customers based in the US, Canada or Europe, you may be required to pay customs duty or import duty. These are collected by your country’s government as such we do not have any ability to exempt you from paying this tax if required.
